Application：
This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil laminated with film and paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production. It’s mechanical speed is 300m/min.

1. Imported PLC centralized control for computer control system, and man-machine conversation with touch screen, with operating parameters set and display according to different requirements of products

2. Magnetic powder brake for tension of rolling and unrolling with diameter automatically calculated by PLC to achieve automatic tension control.

3. Shaftless pneumatic conic node type of loading and unloading with breadth adjusted electrically by lead screw, convenient in loading and unloading, with high efficiency; automatic deviation correction for unrolling (hydraulic automatic feeding is available).

4. Vector frequency conversion for rolling with diameter automatically calculated by PLC to implement automatic tension control.

5. Air shaft for rewinding, Magnetic powder clutch for rewinding tension control

6. Equipped with air trim discharge conveying system.

7. System with meter counter, roll diameter calculation, automatic stop by meter counter and other functions.
